Delivery within the UK

FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders over £50!

That's right, free delivery on all UK orders over £50! For orders under £50 we charge various rates depending on how much you buy. The more you buy the less delivery we charge... just the way it should be. Orders are normally delivered within 5 working days (but usually much faster).

All orders are sent either via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, Parcelforce 48hr or by our couriers UK Mail on a next day service. This ensures you receive your groovy things quickly and with the minimum of fuss. To ensure further speediness we also despatch 99% of orders the same day (if the order is placed before 2pm). A signature will be required on all orders.

Delivery rates:

• FREE DELIVERY - on all UK orders £50 and over
• £1.95 - on orders between £35 - £49.99
• £2.95 - on orders between £20 - £34.99
• £3.95 - on orders £19.99 or under.

We use the following couriers to deliver UK orders:

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and UK Mail.


Express service within the UK

If the order is urgent we may be able to offer an express delivery service. Please contact us by phone or email and we will do our upmost to accomodate you. There will be a charge for this service.


International delivery

We are very pleased to deliver our products internationally and do so frequently. We make a flat rate charge of £14.95 (plus VAT if applicable) on all orders. This amount is automatically added to your total. Please allow between 5-14 days for delivery of the goods.

We use the following couriers to deliver international orders:

Royal Mail Airmail, Parcelforce Worldwide and UK Mail International.


Our delivery commitment

We are committed to providing you, our lovely customers with a fast and efficient delivery service.  We achieve this in a number of ways:

1. We package all our orders very carefully

2. We aim to despatch all parcels within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation

3. All our UK and international parcels are sent using a 'signed for' service, minimising problems in the delivery process

4. Retro 36 is an IDIS accredited retailer

Information regarding parcels returned to us

Parcels that are not collected (only applicable to parcels sent using Royal Mail)

Parcels that are returned to our head office because they have not been collected will be subject to a restocking fee if no longer required or an additional delivery charge if the parcel is to be resent. We urge all our customers to collect their parcels from their local Royal Mail Collection Office within seven days (which is the stated time for recorded items). This will prevent any parcels being returned to us.

Parcels that are returned to us by our couriers

Parcels that are returned to our head office because our couriers have been unable to deliver them due to no-one being available to sign for the item will be subject to a restocking fee if no longer required or an additional delivery charge if the parcel is to be resent. We urge all our customers to provide us with a delivery address, where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.
